How many of us really care about instructions written on the walls in public places ? Well many of us do but there are few of them ( guy in the picture ) who really don't care. The yellow notice on the wall warns not to drop your shoes and footwear. People like him have comfortably done that. Importantly this is a religious place ( Keshgarh Gurdwara ) where people are supposed to follow these instructions ( strictly ).
